PREMISE


SOMETHING came to find you where you live. Whatever shape it took was alien and powerful and it wanted you; it didn’t care what or who or how many stood in your way to get to you. You were going to die and maybe so were your friends, the people you call family, your home, your world. --And then a stranger came to rescue you from it. A hand extended and you accepted. That's the last thing you know of your home, of the person you used to be.

NOW you are a host for a symbiotic organism. The pair of you are a node in a greater hivemind of an entity known as the Nest. As a part of the Nest, it’s now your duty to help them defend the multiverse from the same threat that came to your doorstep and brought you here. Nominally a peace keeping body, the Nest seeks out chaos and unrest in the multiverse - physical, political, or otherwise - and looks to bring order and prosperity. The good news: your symbiote imbues you with abilities to help you with your mission. Further, by doing your part to rid the multiverse of chaos there is a hope that one day you may be able to return home without endangering everything you know and love. But be warned - these skills and the success of your mission come with a price. For the closer your relationship becomes with your symbiote, the better you know your new team, and the more power you obtain in the pursuit of saving everyone, the less of an individual you become.
